1)Synopsis

    Vigers Pumps designs and manufactures twin-screw multiphase systems that effectively help the petroleum industry remove methane flaring when handling liquid and gas multiphase mixtures. This helps to improve customers' production efficiency, reduce harmful gas emissions and achieve environmental protection. The pump skid system is capable of handling any combination of oil, water and gas conditions, and a buffer tank can also be selected according to the customer's requirements for the circulation of the liquid medium back to the pumped-in chamber, allowing the system to run dry for more than 60 minutes of performance.
    HWMPS oil and gas mixing intelligent pump skid system equipped with instruments and safety devices, the system includes explosion-proof frequency conversion motor, frequency converter, lubricating oil station, explosion-proof chiller and the corresponding electrical and automatic control system. Pressure, temperature, motor frequency and other information collected on site are uploaded to the control center through the network to realize remote control of the system and adjustment of system operating parameters. The partner of Vigers Pumps, Bazhou Branch of Aswell Engineering & Technical Services (Beijing) Co., Ltd, has successfully networked and operated more than 30 sets of wellhead intelligent oil and gas mixing and conveying systems at the Second Oil Production Plant of Taha Oilfield, realizing the intelligent conveying of oil and gas at the wellhead, and achieving remarkable results in terms of increasing oilfield production, efficiency, and energy saving.
    Vigers Pumps can customize and provide customers with solutions for a series of oilfield application scenarios ranging from single wellhead to long-distance transmission. By installing the Vigers multiphase booster pump system at the wellhead or at the tubing convergence of multiple wells, it can eliminate the production limitations due to the backpressure at the wellhead and realize unmanned operation, greatly reduce the investment in infrastructure equipment and personnel as well as the cost of maintenance and operation at a later stage, eliminate the need for on-site separators, and eliminate the need for the on-site separator. It minimizes infrastructure, personnel and maintenance costs, eliminates the need for on-site separators, and provides other advantages in remote or constrained areas where conventional field development methods cannot be utilized.
