1)Specificities
Strong versatility, compact structure, long service life, low noise and vibration, high efficiency, smooth operation, easy maintenance, low noise and vibration The main structure of the double suction double screw pump consists of the pump body, bushings, bearing housing, bearings, screws, mechanical seals, synchronous gears, safety valves and so on. The hydraulic axial force on the screw rotor is automatically balanced; it reduces the stress concentration, increases the strength of the screw, reduces the risk of shaft breakage, and prolongs the service life of the road; it is equipped with a patent-designed full return pressure limiting valve, which prevents the pumping system from being destroyed due to excessive pressure, and at the same time reduces the loss of the motor, and prolongs the service life of the motor; the master-slave screw helical part adopts unique sealing profiles with its own intellectual property rights (Patent Number: ZL201501133968.8).
A.pump body
The standard structure of the pump body is side inlet and top outlet, and the inlet and outlet positions can also be customized according to user requirements. The liner adopts double suction channel design, which can effectively ensure the automatic balance of hydraulic axial force on the screw rotor.
B.screw
The screw part adopts the design of integral screw, which reduces the phenomenon of stress concentration and greatly increases the strength of the screw, so that the screw pump has higher pressure resistance, reduces the risk of shaft breakage and extends the service life of the pump.
C.bear
Each helical shaft is supported by two types of bearings. Double row angular contact bearings bear the additional axial forces from the helical gears and radial cylindrical roller bearings bear the radial forces. The double row angular contact bearings are lubricated by grease and the radial cylindrical roller bearings are lubricated by oil in the gearbox.
D.seal up
The shaft seal adopts ultra-short structure mechanical seal. If it is necessary to convey lubricating medium, oil seal can be used as the shaft seal.
E.synchronous gear
Synchronous gears are helical gears, which allow the screw rotors to mesh with each other without metal contact and power transmission, as well as without metal wear between the rotors, adapting to a variety of media.
F.safety valves
Equipped with a patented design of full reflux pressure limiting valve (Patent No.: 201511014815.6) can prevent the pump system from being destroyed due to high pressure, while the device will not make the motor cause additional extra power during the full reflux process to strengthen the life of the motor and reduce motor loss.
G.molded wire
The master-slave screw helix part adopts a unique sealing profile with independent intellectual property rights (Patent No.: ZL201501133968.8).
2)Synopsis
This series is designed to cope with low, medium and high pressure fluid environment with corresponding products, widely used in oilfield gathering and transportation system of large flow long distance transportation, can effectively deal with high water content, high viscosity media, in some aspects can replace part of the pipeline sweeping function, reduce the pressure of operation.
When the pump outlet pressure is 40 bar, the flow rate can reach 1200m3/h; when the outlet pressure is 60 bar, the flow rate can reach 800m3/h; when the outlet pressure is 80 bar, the flow rate can reach 600m3/h, and the upper limit pressure can reach 120 bar.
